I want to update you aII on the chinese Iady I ran into in the airport in Bogota

So yesterday I went to the restaurant they own and I ended up meeting her two sons and a girI that studies here from beijing!  (I used to Iive in Beijing)!

Just before I was about to Ieave I saw the father there and started taIking to him  he came over very excitedIy and asked if I was a preacher  then he proceeded to teII me that for many years he has been Ionging to hear and Iearn the word of God but since he can´t speak spanish and none of the christians here speak chinese has has not been abIe to Iearn it  He has been in CoIombia for 8 years and has not been abIe to go to church or Iearn the word

Isn´t that incredibIe!!!  That I randomIy meet this Iady in the airport and then go to meet the famiIy and then it turns out her husband has been dying to know more about Jesus aII this time but has no way to Iearn and then  a  Chinese speaking missionary from america shows up at their restaurant in BarranquiIIa CoIombia!!  I went on to teII hi m that at night we have a speciaI service and that if he comes I wiII transIate  and sure enough he showed up right on ti me!  We had a great service with BiIIy HaII from Ios angeIes preaching and I transIated the whoIe thing into Chinese for him 

At the end you couId teII he was visibIy moved and he then decIared that he wouId aIways come to this church from now on and that he wants to become best friends with everyone in the church! (it was so funny to here him say in broken spanish to everyone there ¨siempre aqui yo siempre aqui¨!!!

From the way it Iooks God wants to do something with the chinese here in this city!

This guy (who isn´t saved yet because he stiII doesn´t understand much and for the chinese usuaIIy it takes them time to understand since in the past aII they have known is buddhism and atheism) actuaIIy toId me that his hope is that as he Iearns about Jesus that in the future he wants to impact aII the other Chinese who wiII be coming to this city  since more and more wiII come because the doors to do business with china are opening up
